You can enter your concert ticket info and connect your light stick. It's like magic, you'll get to experience all kinds of mind-blowing effects during the concert. And guess what? The Concert Mode kicks in a few days before the actual concert. So, get ready to rock!

To link the light stick to your phone, just switch it to 'BLUETOOTH MODE' and make sure your phone's Bluetooth is on. Oh, and some phones might ask you to turn on GPS too. If you run into any Bluetooth problems, don't forget to enable the GPS function.

Once you've connected the light stick to your phone using Bluetooth, you can start using the awesome Self Mode feature. In this mode, you get to pick a color on your screen and watch as the light stick magically changes its color to match. And guess what? There's even a Battery Check feature in Self Mode that lets you see how much juice your light stick has left, so you'll know if it's time for a new one.

To make sure you have a smooth experience with your light stick at the concert, here are a few things you need to do. First, check your ticket for your seat information and enter it into the light stick beforehand. This is really important because you need to pair your light stick with your seat using the app. Also, make sure you stay in the same seat where you registered your light stick. Moving to a different seat could mess up the stage appearance and we don't want that! Another thing to remember is to check the battery of your light stick before the concert starts. You definitely don't want it to die during the show! Oh, and just so you know, the app needs some permissions like access to your phone's storage, camera, and GPS. If you have a Galaxy S10e, S10, or S10+ model, be aware that there might be some issues with Bluetooth connection. If that happens, don't worry! Just head over to a Pairing Booth and they'll help you out.
