The app is like a cool team-up between the app software and the school's Blackboard Learn server. But here's the thing - Blackboard can't promise that stuff made by teachers or other users will work with the app. Your school needs to give you access to it, and if they haven't updated their software or if the server goes down, some features might not work so great.
