The Change Languages app is super handy for Samsung peeps who wanna use all the cool languages and keyboard stuff. It does its thing automatically, so you don't even have to lift a finger. But here's the deal: after the 4.2 Jelly Bean update, they went and changed how things work. Now you gotta manually give permission for CHANGE_CONFIGURATION. Don't worry though, you can make it happen by plugging your phone into a laptop and using some adb command thingy from the Android development tools. Easy peasy!

If you're a SuperUser on your device, Change Languages can automatically get the permission it needs. But with Android 7 Nougat and up, the app will ask for a new permission to write system settings.
