Latch is this cool access system that totally gets rid of the need for keys and makes getting into buildings super easy. You can open it up with either a Doorcode or an app, and it even lets you give access to other people or services. Plus, it keeps track of what's going on when you're not around. Pretty neat, huh?

Section 2:

You gotta install the latch hardware in the building to be able to use the app. It works on Android 6 and higher, and it's best to use it with Samsung flagship or Google Pixel phones.
