This weather app isn't connected to NOAA or the National Weather Service, but it's super handy. It uses your GPS location to give you the most accurate weather for where you are, but you can also manually enter your location. Just so you know, it's only available in the US because it relies on forecasts from the National Weather Service. Oh, and one thing to note is that it doesn't send severe weather alerts or notifications because that's something NOAA does through cell carriers. But hey, there are cool widgets you can put on your homescreen to see basic weather info without even opening the app. By the way, the app needs permission to access your location for accurate weather data and media permission to save map tiles for offline use.
