Your heart rate, aka your heartbeat, is super important when it comes to your health and fitness. Luckily, we've got the Heart Rate Monitor app that's totally free and super easy to use. This app has a cool design that shows you different heart rate training zones. Plus, it works with Google Fit and you don't need any extra gadgets. Just put your finger on your phone's camera and in a few seconds, bam! Your heart rate will pop up on the screen. Easy peasy!

According to Mayo Clinic, the normal heartbeat rate for adults is usually between 60 and 100 beats per minute (BPM). But hey, there are a bunch of things that can mess with your heart rate, like how active you are, how fit you are, how big or small you are, and even your emotions. If your ticker tends to go below 60 BPM or above 100 BPM when you're just chillin' and you're not some super athlete, it's probably a good idea to talk to your doc about it. They'll know what's up!

Heart rate training zones are all about maximizing your fitness potential. To figure out these zones, we use a fancy thing called maximum heart rate (MaxHR). Each zone has its own little magic that helps boost your fitness level. Luckily, the Heart Rate Monitor app can do all the math for you and even save your training zones automatically.
