The CDC just dropped some fresh updates, guys! They've got these cool new checklists for kids aged 15 and 30 months, along with updated milestones. It's all about helping parents keep tabs on their kiddo's growth from 2 months to 5 years old. And get this - there's even an app that makes it super easy to use! It's packed with awesome tips and activities to support your child's development at every stage. Plus, you can keep track of those doc appointments and never miss a recommended screening. How handy is that?

It's super important for kids to hit certain goals in how they play, learn, talk, behave, and get around from when they're born until they turn 5. This app lets parents input custom info about their kid(s) and keep tabs on their progress by using a cool checklist. Because of COVID-19, we're still working on adding pics and videos to show off the latest milestones, but don't worry—they'll be coming soon in an update!

The milestone checklist ain't no replacement for a fancy-pants developmental screening tool that's been tested and approved. These milestones are what most kids (about 75% or more) can do at each age, according to the smarty-pants experts who looked at all the info available. Don't worry, the CDC won't collect or spill any personal info that could identify you or your kiddo. If you want more deets and some free tools to keep track of your child's milestones, check out www.cdc.gov/ActEarly.

In a nutshell, the CDC's updated milestones and checklists are super useful for parents to keep tabs on their kid's growth and make sure they're hitting all the important milestones. The app is user-friendly and gives helpful tips and activities to help your child develop at each stage. Plus, it helps you remember those doctor appointments and screenings. Just remember, the checklist isn't a fancy official tool, but it's still a handy guide to make sure your little one is on track.
