Rakuten Link is this awesome mobile app that gives you a bunch of cool features. You can make voice and video calls with it, and if you're a Rakuten Mobile subscriber, you can call and text other Rakuten Link users for free. Plus, you can call any mobile or landline number in Japan or in 66 other countries through Rakuten Link. How cool is that?

But there's a catch with the app. You can make free calls and send free messages in 66 countries and regions, but if you're outside of those places, you can only use Rakuten Link with Wi-Fi. If you need to make calls from Japan to another country or between countries while abroad, you'll have to pay as you go. Don't worry though, using Link in Japan or the designated countries won't eat up your data for roaming at home or abroad. Just remember that if you find yourself in an emergency situation in Japan or overseas while roaming internationally, you won't be able to call for help using Rakuten Link.

If there's any issue, users can just delete the app and give it another shot by downloading it again.
