In the Nigiri kitchen, you gotta catch the fish in the tank, chop it up, and plop it on the rice. You can go crazy with piling up fish and wasabi.

At this sushi joint, guests can totally suggest what they want, but hey, users are not obligated to follow those orders. The cool thing is, the guests absolutely adore whatever the users whip up.
