The 'Mimamori Map' is this cool thing SoftBank offers where you can let people know where you are. You can make groups with your fam or whoever else you want to share your location with. Then, you can all see where each other is on a map. And get this, it even sends out notifications when someone shows up or leaves a certain place, like school or the hospital. But here's the catch, only peeps who have signed up for specific SoftBank services can use the group management feature.
To rock the Mimamori Map, you gotta have an Android device running version 7.0 or higher. It's gonna work like a charm when you're hooked up to Wi-Fi, 'cause it makes the location info super accurate. And hey, if you got any questions or worries, just hit up the app's 'Getting Started' guide or check out the FAQs section. Easy peasy!
Hey guys, guess what? SoftBank just made a few tweaks to their Mimamori Map service. Starting from August 1, 2021, the service will only be compatible with Android devices running version 7.0 or above. So, if you're still rockin' an older device, you might run into some problems using the service. Oh, and by the way, as of August 31, 2020, SoftBank decided to ditch the disaster notification feature. But don't worry, they've left us with the 'Ima Koko Share' and 'Tsuita yo Notification' features to keep us connected and informed. Cool beans!
If you've got a phone with two SIM cards, make sure you switch your mobile data to SoftBank network to use the Mimamori Map service. It's a handy tool for those who want to let others know where they are and keep an eye on their loved ones.
It's like this cool app where you can see where everyone is on a map!
