The free version of the 'Smart Alarm' is a super easy and totally awesome alarm clock app. You can hit the snooze button to get the alarm to go off again at the same time, even if you've already turned it off. Plus, you can set it up to wake you up every week on specific days. And guess what? You can even use your own device's wallpaper as the background with this cool transparency feature. How rad is that?

Other cool stuff this app has is the ability to skip public holidays when setting up your alarms, and you can even choose your own tunes from your SD card as the alarm sound. No more sudden heart attacks in the morning either, because the volume and vibrations gradually increase to wake you up gently. And hey, if you're worried about accidentally turning off your alarm or hitting snooze too soon, don't sweat it! You can totally customize the size of those buttons. Oh, and here's a nifty feature: you can solve math problems or enter numbers to shut off the alarm, so no more oversleeping for you!

The free version of the app comes with a few restrictions. You'll have to put up with ads popping up and you can only set up to 10 alarms. Oh, and here's a heads up: if your device is off when the alarm is supposed to go off, it won't work. So make sure you add the app to the "do not kill" list on any task killer or power-saving apps you have and don't force stop it in the task manager, 'cause that will mess up the alarm too. Oh, one more thing: if your SD card isn't in place when the alarm goes off, you'll hear the default ringtone instead of your chosen music.

The app needs a few permissions to work properly. It wants full internet access and the ability to view network state so it can show you ads. It also needs permission to prevent your device from sleeping when it's alerting you. And of course, it needs control over your vibrator for the vibration function.
