The OBDLink app is a super cool tool that can turn your phone or tablet into a full-on scan tool. It only works with specific OBD adapters like the OBDLink MX+, OBDLink LX Bluetooth, OBDLink MX Bluetooth, OBDLink Bluetooth, OBDLink MX Wi-Fi, OBDLink WiFi, OBDLink EX USB (with Android 3.1 or newer), and OBDLink SX USB (with Android 3.1 or newer). Just remember, it won't work with any other brand of OBD adapter.

With the OBDLink app, you can do a bunch of cool stuff like check out what's wrong with your car, turn off that annoying 'Check Engine' light, see if your car meets emissions standards, figure out how much gas you're using, and so much more. This app has all kinds of awesome features like checking for problems and fixing them, seeing a snapshot of what happened when something went wrong, getting real-time info on how your car is doing (like over 90 different things!), and even making your own personalized dashboard. Plus, it tells you if your car is good to go in any state in the US, calculates how many miles you get per gallon or liters per 100 kilometers or kilometers per liter, keeps track of multiple trips, and lets you save all the data to Excel.

The OBDLink app has some cool features, dude! You can get all sorts of info about your ride like the VIN number and calibration ID. It also gives you details about oxygen sensor results, on-board monitoring tests, and in-performance tracking counters. Plus, you can track your car's location using GPS and see it on a map in real-time. And if that's not enough, you can even email yourself a full diagnostic report. The app is available in both English and Metric units, and the best part is that it's totally free from annoying ads and you get unlimited updates for free too!

Basically, the OBDLink app is like a super useful tool that helps you figure out and fix any problems with your ride. It only works with certain OBD adapters, but it's got tons of cool features. You can use it to read those pesky diagnostic trouble codes, turn off the annoying 'Check Engine' light, check if your emissions are in line, estimate how much gas you're using, and even more. And if that's not enough, you can also customize your dashboards, see real-time data, and track your car with GPS. If you're into cars or work as a mechanic, this app is totally essential.
