This theme is for Kustom Live Wallpaper PRO, the paid version of KLWP. To use it, you gotta have Kustom Live Wallpaper PRO installed on your device and a KLWP compatible launcher like Nova Launcher. Oh, and don't forget to hide that annoying status bar. Once you got everything set up, you can tweak the wallpaper and colors in the global tab of KLWP.
