The main goal of BeatX is to let players jam out to their favorite Stepmania/DDR songs wherever they are. In order for the game to work, we need permission to access your Stepmania chart data and songs from your external storage. Usually, these files are downloaded from other websites. We also need permission to write to your external storage so we can unzip song packs in the 'smzip' format. This way, you can use them in the game without having to use another app to unzip them first.
