To get going, all you gotta have is the phone number you signed up with us and a Lloyds Bank personal, Lloyds Bank Islands personal, or Sterling international account. We've got top-notch online security to keep your cash, personal deets, and privacy safe. Don't worry, using our app won't change how we reach out to you. In our emails, we'll still call you by your proper title and last name, and we'll include the last four digits of your account number or the last three digits of your postcode. And if we send any texts, they'll come from LLOYDSBANK.

Just a heads up, your phone's signal and functionality might affect your service, so keep that in mind. Also, don't go downloading, installing, using, or distributing our Mobile Banking apps in certain countries. When you use our app, we collect anonymous location data to help us fight fraud, fix bugs, and make future improvements. Everyday Offers is only available to Lloyds Bank UK personal current account customers who are 18+ and have a debit/credit card and bank online (sorry Basic Account holders!). Oh, and if you want to use Fingerprint Logon, make sure you have a compatible mobile running Android 6.0 or higher (might not work on some tablets).
