Hey there! Registering your medication is a piece of cake with our QR code scanning feature. It lets you keep tabs on the effectiveness, usage, and dosage of your meds whenever you want. No more forgetting to take them either - you can set alarms to remind yourself. Plus, you can jot down any changes in your health as notes. Oh, and here's a cool perk: just send a pic of your prescription to the pharmacy and they'll have your meds ready in advance. So go ahead and make the most out of our handy 'eMedication Notebook' features!
This app is super handy! It lets you register your medication info in three different ways: by typing it in manually, scanning QR codes or barcodes on over-the-counter drugs. You can also manage your medication based on the info you've registered, and keep track of any changes in your health by jotting down notes. Plus, you can set alarms to make sure you don't forget to take your meds. And get this - you can even manage medication info for up to 10 people! If you need a prescription filled, just send a pic of it to the pharmacy and they'll have it ready for you. And don't worry about losing any important info - it's all stored safely in a backup center. You can even share that info with healthcare pros without giving them your phone. Pretty cool, right?
Just so you know, our app can scan QR codes that follow the JAHIS standards. This means you can easily enter your medication information from pharmacy-issued notebooks. However, the feature to send prescription images is only available at certain pharmacies. To use the data storage and view your medication details, you'll need a d account (which is free). It works on smartphones from carriers other than au, Softbank, and others. Rest assured that we won't use your medication info without your permission or connect it with any other personal data.
Hey, make sure you check out and agree to the terms of use before using the app, okay? Just a heads up, if your device's time settings are wrong or if you're not in Japan, the app might not work properly. The app itself is free, but keep in mind that you may have to pay for downloading it depending on your communication plan. Also, always listen to what your doctor or pharmacist says about taking actual medication. Oh, and by the way, QR code is a trademark of Denso Wave Inc.
The app works on Android phones (version 5.0 or newer), but it might not be accessible on all tablets.
