If you can't update the app, give clearing the cache and data of the Google Play Store a shot. This app has a bunch of cool features like checking out your contract deets, claiming those sweet hospital and surgical benefits, confirming or changing your address, doing financial stuff like borrowing or withdrawing money, trading in your points for goodies, and registering your personal ID numbers.

You can totally sign in to the app with your customer number (customer ID), password (PIN), fingerprint, or even facial recognition. If you wanna use your fingerprint, just make sure your smartphone has that cool fingerprint recognition thingy. And if you prefer facial or voice recognition, you can easily set it up right within the app. Cool, huh?

The app works on Android 10 and newer versions, but sorry, it won't work on tablets. If you have a different operating system, the app might not work perfectly. Plus, it may not be compatible with the newest models and operating systems, so keep that in mind.

Just so you know, if you download and use the app, any charges for communication fees will be on you. Also, depending on how your smartphone is doing, the app might not work well or even be accessible. Oh, and those screens you see in the store? They're just pictures and might change without warning.
