On March 9, 2022, our awesome app 'SPOZONE' got a cool update and changed its name to 'SPOTV NOW'. The new SPOTV NOW is all about live streaming up to 8 matches every day, with a special focus on games featuring badass Japanese athletes. And hey, if you miss any of those epic matches, don't sweat it! You can catch the replays whenever you want through VOD.

Just so you know, SPOTV NOW is only for peeps in the country and can't be accessed from overseas. You can only use it on one device at a time, so if you try to connect on multiple devices, the first one will get kicked out. Unfortunately, SPOTV NOW doesn't work with TVs, only with PCs and mobile devices. Keep in mind that some live broadcasts might get canceled because of broadcasting stuff. And sometimes, certain matches won't have replays available.

When you sign up for a paid membership, there are a few things you should know. First off, all fees already include the consumption tax. If you want to cancel your membership completely, make sure you haven't used any of the benefits within 7 days of signing up. For those who pay monthly, your payment will either be taken on the day you sign up or at the end of the month if you signed up on the last day of the month. If you want to cancel your monthly membership, just make sure to do it before the billing date. If you try to cancel on the billing date itself, you might still have to pay for the next month. So if you don't want to be charged for another month, make sure to cancel ahead of time. Keep in mind that if you want to cancel or withdraw through our customer center, we'll need to verify your identity first. Also, please note that discounts, coupons, and any usage related to special events may not be eligible for refunds.

When it comes to the SPOTV NOW app, we need a few permissions to offer you some cool features. Don't worry, though, 'cause we won't ask for anything too important. We might request access to your photos, media, and files so you can save stuff and download resources. And hey, if you change your mind later on, no sweat! You can easily go into your device settings and cancel those permissions anytime you want.
